Our rates include everything. We take care of the Government taxes, cleaning fee and other misc expenses. We will even have start up groceries waiting for you when you arrive. There are pool floats for your use in the condo, beach towels, and a washer and dryer in the unit as well. There is a crib and high chair in the closet for our guests use should they need it. the crib is new and fresh so you can feel good about putting them down to sleep.  There is a safe in the closet for you to take extra care of your valuables. When you travel to our place you need your clothes, swim suit and credit card for food. You can travel light as everything you will need is in the unit!
