Terms: We ask for a 35% deposit at the booking of your vacation. Balance is due 30 days before you arrive on the island. Your deposit is fully refundable at any time up to 60 days before arrival. This gives us enough time to re-rent the property.  In the event of a Hurricane or other disaster that would cause the condo to be non rentable, we would refund 100% of your money regardless of the date. You will be treated the same as I would hope and expect our family to be treated by others.

About us: We have owned this condominium since 1999.  We have rented the condo on our own as of 2006. We want our guests to have an exceptional vacation, want them to come back again, as well as tell their family and friends about us. We have tried to cover every detail to make your trip a great trip. Our Property manager will meet you in the condo upon your arrival. If you would like, our driver will pick you up at the airport $20.00US.

Maid service: We have the maid clean on every Saturday. This cost is included in the price you pay. If you would like her to clean any other day during the week, she will be happy to do so at $40.00 per day.

Taxes: All Island taxes are included in your cost. We pay the government on the 15th of each month for taxes due.
